Our Story

At NewLeaf Partners, our journey began with a simple but powerful conviction: that sales should be more than transactions — sales should be built on genuine relationships and measurable outcomes. Too many sales organizations focus on product and service features, not on what their customers truly need to prosper. We founded NewLeaf to shift that paradigm.

We are a global team of experienced practitioners — former sales executives, account managers and consultants — who have walked in the shoes of our clients. We’ve lived and worked across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia, which gives us a deep understanding of how markets change, how customers think, and what sales teams face in a fast-evolving environment.

Our leadership includes Sam Barcus in the U.S., Sibille Hallmann and Andreas Goldmann across Europe, Marty Comber in Canada, and Khanyisa Malabi in Africa — all bringing decades of global and regional experience. Together, they guide a core team of seasoned professionals as well as more than 30 specialists.

From the very beginning, our mission has been to help sales organizations transform — not just through training, but by embedding real change. We invest heavily in consultative assessments to understand your sales leadership culture, sales maturity, and learning dynamics. This insight becomes the foundation for action.
